The items listed below will be needed to begin your loan approval process:
 
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • Copy of Drivers License
  • Most recent two years W2's   
  • Most recent 30 days paystubs
  • Most recent two years tax returns (if self employed)
  • Most recent two complete months of bank statements
    (all pages even if they are blank)
  • Two year employment history
  • Two year rental/ownership history
